Each item is hand made, free hand painted and carved meaning no molds or stamps were involved. Due to the nature of how I make these items they’ll each have subtle variations and characteristics; which I find an endearing quality. The price is for EACH item- meaning purchase of “1” is a single plate NOT a set.

These are all food safe and microwave compatible. Hand wash whenever possible for highest chances of longevity.

The story of YinYang has been one that stayed with me through these many years, even propelling me to study Buddhism & Taoism. It is a story, practice, and concept that is desperately needed today. Two opposing and polarized sides realize there is a seed of each in one another, that they need the other, and that balance is necessary for life. The red sun symbolizes a blinding flash of divine light-energy passionately birthing a new civilization rooted in balance and understanding. ⚖️

As I look around our world and see media driving us apart, politics driving us apart, hatred and fear eating at people’s hearts- it makes me weep. My art is an extension of my visions and goals; with this line of work I strive to remind the people of this earth that we are one. We are connected and even if it feels counterintuitive working as one under a strong moral quilt will, I pray, bring us as well to a blinding light of hope for the next generations.
