We used ours for about 3.5 years (daily) and it broke due to my clumsy self not even its practical functions; goes to show they’ll last you a long time!!

Cleaning instructions: we try and keep it pretty simple! If you want it to stay as clean as possible I’d recommend washing it at least once a week with soap and water in the sink; same as any other dish but maybe a special sponge just for smoking items as to not get ash in your dinnerware. If you are like most of us and let that sh*t pile up then I’d say take a small semi-dull blade and scrape the spike before cleaning with Isopropyl Alcohol & Salt.
