We are so excited to sell the first prototypes of our Sage Burners!!

We would be remiss if we didn’t speak on the history of smudging, Sage, and Native Americans. Sage is a sacred herb for North American Natives and was originally used to help purify the soul of negative thoughts/actions/desires. This is a part of their religions which means they were killed, jailed, and discriminated against for keeping this practice (and their entire way of life) alive until the late 1970s. Regardless what your spiritual practices are, if you use sage (especially white sage) please educate yourself on how to honor the land, grow your own sage if you can, and how you can help the native peoples in your own backyard and communities.
